Reliability Centered Maintenance Engineering S.L. (RCME S.L.) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly related to or arising out of the use of its products, including damage or injury caused to other products, machinery, buildings, or property, and RCME S.L. shall not be liable for consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of product being pumped, and loss of production. This warranty does not obligate RCME S.L. to bear any costs of removal, installation, transportation, or other charges which may arise in connection with a warranty claim.
All consumable items are excluded from any form of warranty or possibilities to be returned. Products must be returned by pre-arrangement carriage paid to a RCME S.L. approved service center. All repairs or modifications must have been made by RCME S.L., or a RCME S.L. approved service center or with the express permission of RCME S.L.. Warranties purporting to be on behalf of RCME S.L. made by any person, including representatives of RCME S.L., its subsidiaries, or its distributors, which do not accord with the terms of this warranty shall not be binding upon RCME S.L. unless expressly approved in writing by a Director or Manager of RCME S.L..

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to a RCME S.L. approved service center.
To return your product, you should mail your product to a RCME S.L. approved service center. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
