No refunds, exchanges, returns. RCME Policy is “All Sales Are Final” and covers any and all purchases.

Prices, Taxes, and Permits: Except as otherwise expressly stated in writing (a) all prices are subject to change without notice, (b) the Seller’s price will be that in effect at the time of shipment, and (c) all prices exclude sales, use, franchise, license, excise, and other taxes in connection with the manufacture, sale, or delivery of the goods furnished hereunder, export or import duties, and inspection charges, to be paid by Buyer unless an appropriate exemption certificate is provided.
All peristaltic hoses are consumables and are excluded from the warranty. The exception is when hoses are faulty and unused and in their original packaging together with a return approval from the supplier. The supplier must be notified within 30 days of receipt of the goods. There is no reimbursement for shipping costs.
